Information you give us

When you submit the estimate form, we receive exactly what you typed into it: your name, your phone number, and — where you choose to provide them — your email address, the property address, city, state and ZIP, the service you are asking about, your message, your preferred contact method, and your consent to be contacted.

We use those details to respond to your roofing enquiry and to carry out any work you go on to ask us for. Consent is recorded as you submitted it and is never assumed.

How we contact you, and what you agreed to

The estimate form asks for two separate permissions, and they are recorded separately.

The first is required: it allows us to contact you by phone and email about the roofing request you submitted. Calls are dialled by a person. We do not use automated dialling systems, prerecorded messages or text messages to respond to enquiries. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us.

The second is optional and unchecked by default: it allows us to send occasional roofing maintenance reminders and seasonal offers. You can decline it and still get your estimate, and you can opt out later at any time by replying to any message or calling (914) 906-5748.

We record which permissions you gave, the exact wording you were shown, and the time you agreed — so that both you and we have an accurate record rather than a recollection.

You can withdraw either permission at any time. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will, and we will keep a record of the request so it is not overridden later.

How your enquiry is handled

Form submissions are sent from your browser to this website’s own server, which validates them and then forwards them to Roof Leads Center, the customer relationship platform we use to manage roofing enquiries. That transfer happens server to server. Your details are not sent directly from your browser to any third party by the form.

Website analytics

This site uses the Roof Leads Center tracking script to understand how people find and use it. It records:

• An anonymous visitor identifier and session identifier, stored in your browser
• Page URLs, paths and titles
• The referring website, and any campaign or advertising click parameters in the URL
• The text and destination of links and buttons you click
• Browser and operating system family, device type, screen size and language
• A salted one-way hash of your IP address, and coarse country, region and city

It deliberately does not record your name, email address, phone number, the contents of form fields, keystrokes, mouse movement or screen recordings, and it does not use fingerprinting — no canvas hashing, no font enumeration, no device entropy. The visitor identifier is a random value held in first-party browser storage and is not shared across other websites. Your raw IP address is not stored.

Personal details reach us only through the form. The analytics and the enquiry are kept separate for that reason.

Optional third-party services

This site is built to support Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam verification. Each is loaded only when it has been configured. If they are active, those providers process data under their own terms.

Storage

This website sets no cookies. The tracking script stores its visitor and session identifiers in your browser’s own first-party storage instead — six values named rlc_vid, rlc_sid, rlc_attr, rlc_first, rlc_last and rlc_landing. They are readable only by this site, are not shared with other websites, and contain no personal details. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.

Enquiry details are retained for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of work carried out.

Your choices

You can browse this site without submitting anything, and you can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. You can clear the identifiers the tracking script sets by clearing site data in your browser, and most browsers offer settings that block analytics scripts entirely.
